Barr. Emmanuel Imuagbagbon Usoh: is the Commissioner for Wealth Creation, Cooperatives & Employment, before this present portfolio, he was a Senior Special Assistant on Legal Matters to the Executive Governor of Edo State till January, 2009 from where he was appointed to his first stint as a Board Member of the then Edo State Board of Internal Revenue in May of the same year, a position he held until the Board was dissolved in January of 2011

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Barr. Emmanuel I. Usoh is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and was appointed a ‘Notary Public’ of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in the year 2010.
